The Vital Panel, Functional Blood Chemistry Assessment is a root cause assessment of an individual’s biochemistry with a preventive medicine focus to circumvent, intervene and correct imbalances long before lab values reach the standard pathologic range. We identify nutritional deficiencies, organ system imbalances and emerging health problems and reverse them taking a preventative course of action long before they reach pathology.

Test Preparation and Reminders
- Are you submitting a current PDF lab panel, or will you have a blood draw from Lab Corp.
- If you choose a blood draw, you will receive a requisition form to have your blood drawn at Lab Corp.
- Please book your session review a minimum of 7 days out to allow time for the lab to process your specimen.
- Be ready to have your blood drawn as soon as possible.
- This is a fasting test, no food after 7 pm and no water morning before your blood work is taken.
Important Note Prior to Purchase
This program is non-refundable, non-transferable and must be completed within 60 days of purchasing.
Restrictions: Patients must be 6 years or older for a blood draw. Patients under the age of 18 require the parental/guardian consent form to be completed electronically. We do not support lab order for patients in NY, NJ or RI.
