The Live Well Vital Functional Blood Chemistry (FBC) Program is for individuals currently out of network (without insurance) seeking to have lab work done through our medical network. Once registered you will receive a requisition form via email to have your lab work done at lab corp. The results will come directly to live Well. At your consultation via zoom we will review the results with you in the functional range and review your treatment plan.
