This class will teach you the art of incorporating stretching and deep trigger point therapy know as myofascial release to relieve stiff muscles and joints which causes structural imbalance and pain.

Functional Strength and Conditioning Classes

$150.00 (6 sessions of 60 minute weekly classes)

Is your body out of balance, affecting your posture, athletic performance and causing you pain?  Are you concerned about losing your balance and need some exercises to improve mobility?  

Functional strength and conditioning uses the whole body in synchronized motions providing the best therapeutic full body program available.  This class will improve your strength, balance and flexibility keeping you toned, tightened and connected without the soreness and bulkiness of traditional weight training.
