In addition to the Restoration Program, you will meet with our board certified nutrition and health coach for Emotional Release Technique and participate in our online coaching sessions for 6 months via zoom. This program is recommended with the Restoration Program where additional emotional support is needed. In many cases, we have found individuals who have tried everything to lose weight but failed,  often have a deep rooted emotional trigger that can be redirected within the limbic response to target emotional triggers.  An initial consultation is required prior to beginning this program.
